Sonia Ouarti is a neuroscience-informed leadership coach and founder of Aida Coaching, helping individuals and organisations build resilience and sustainable performance through science-backed coaching. After more than two decades in corporate leadership, including eight years at Amazon Web Services, Sonia completed a Master’s in Psychology and Neuroscience at King’s College London, where her research explored how exercise and meditation influence the biological markers of burnout.
