I’ve spent 25+ years building and launching digital products across mobile apps, games and software platforms. I’m usually brought in when a founder has something promising but needs experienced technical hands to move it forward — an idea that needs shaping, an AI-built prototype that needs turning into a real product, an inherited codebase that needs untangling, or a project that’s simply got stuck. I work across product thinking, hands-on development and technical leadership. I’ll help work out what matters, cut through what doesn’t, solve the difficult bits and get the product into users’ hands. I’m happiest in that space between idea and launch, where you need someone who can see the bigger picture but is still happy to get into the code and build.
